1/2 cup (2.6 oz) (75 g) glutinous rice flour, plus 6 tablespoons for dusting
4 tablespoons (1.06 oz) (30g) rice flour
4 tablespoons (1.06oz) (30 g) wheat starch
4 tablespoons (50 g) sugar
2 tablespoons extra light olive oil
3/4 cup (184 g) milk, cold
3 tablespoons powdered sugar, for dusting
